Shipping policy

We strive to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. However, if you do run into something you don't understand, please get in touch at info@tellitnederland.nl. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
When checking out your product, you will see that there are no shipping charges. These are at the expense of Tellit Netherlands.
After you have placed an order, we will process it within 24 hours. After this, our partner will start working for you. Our partner and we will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Currently, delivery times after ordering are between 6 and 12 days.
Once your order has been processed by our partner, you will receive a Track and Trace code via e-mail. This allows you to track your package. PLEASE NOTE: Information may not yet be available when you try to track the code. This is normal. The information may not be available until a few days later.
Should you experience any problems during/after receiving your product, please contact us immediately so that we can help you with it.
Should you be unable to receive your package until 2x, the package may be returned to our supplier. These costs will be charged. So make sure the parcel can be accepted or have it delivered to a postoffice point. We do not want postoffices to try to deliver your parcel for nothing. We all need to keep thinking about our environment.
Finally, we will send you an email to rate us (via TrustPilot) and to rate your product (via Judge.me). We would appreciate you doing these reviews and giving your honest opinion here. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
